Warranty


Warranty Period (Limited Lifetime Warranty) is 1 year from date of purchase at an authorized Enzo Milano dealer /distributor and can be upgraded to a lifetime warranty within 30 days of purchase at an authorized Enzo Milano dealer /distributor (or online at enzomilano.com) only for exchange on same model(s). Warranty will only cover manufacturer's defects and failures of electronic components; excluding normal wear and tear; no functional heat, switch, faulty swivel cord.

It will not cover: scratched barrels due to misuse or misplacement, melted cord (our cords our designed to withstand the heat of all of its own models), irons that have been dismantled or tampered with, and any type damage due to moisture i.e., leaving it in bathroom during shower.

DO NOT SEND IN IRON WITH OUT PROPER RA (Return Authorization).

To obtain a RA (Return Authorization) call customer care 714-429-1405

During processing irons will be subjected to testing and a processing fee may change due to invalid claims. Enzo Milano will not pay for return shipping if customer wants their defective iron back.

Curling Iron
• Make sure it is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set
• Check to see if light is on.
• Check for heat
• Check swivel on handle this may be loose and can be tightened

Flat Iron
• Make sure it is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set
• Check to see if the light is on
• Check for heat on each plate
• Check swivel

Blow Dryer
• Make sure it is plugged in correctly and your bathroom breaker is set
• Make sure that the actual blow dryer breaker is set
• Check heat and power
• Check vent in rear to make sure it was not clogged (over heat of motor may be cause be restriction of airflow this will not be covered by our warranty)

Choices
If you registered your warranty and followed all of your warranty procedures: Choose the "I have already registered my warranty"

• $15.00 dollar processing Fee
• Plus return shipping and handling Choose the "I forgot to register my warranty"
• $35.00 dollar processing Fee
• Plus return shipping and handling Choose the "I accidentally broke my iron"
• $55.00 dollar processing Fee (this will not cover irons that are broken into 2 pieces only irons that have plate issues or structural issues due to misuse)
• Plus return shipping and handling Please be aware of of Warranty Policies.
